Christie McJannet comes to us with 10 years experience in both sales and operations at the Whistler Pinnacle and the Marriott Pinnacle in Vancouver.  Her background in strata based properties and the development world will be a great asset to our team.

Her principal focus will be regional sales, primarily in the Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle and Toronto, and she will focus on the corporate/leisure segment of the business.


   
 
 
The most recent addition to the Boutique Hotels senior team, Christine
is no stranger to companies committed to service excellence and
rewarding employee experiences. First with the Gap and then for
eleven years with Intrawest, Christine dedicates herself to helping
organizations deliver business results through a well-defined and
meaningful people strategy. As Director of Training for 175 Retail
and Rental locations in 11 Intrawest resorts, Christine has designed, produced and implemented innovative programs touching everything
from compensation to leadership, recognition, communication, service
standards and frontline training. Her initiatives have been recognized
with several awards from national organizations such as the Retail
Council of Canada and the U.S National Ski Resorts Associations. A
career shaped by hands-on operations experience has developed
Christine's passionate advocacy for the strong connection between
employee experience, guest experience and tangible business results.
   
 
 
 

A Victoria native, Peter’s career spans locations from Australia and Switzerland to Whistler and Pender Island.  Growing up in the hotel business, Peter has experience in all areas of hotel operations.  For the last ten years he has specialized in Rooms Operations.  Peter has spent time in various roles most recently at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Buffalo Mountain Resort and Poet’s Cove Resort and Spa.
