| DIANE MOMBOURQUETTE JOINS THE BLACK ROCK OCEANFRONT RESORT AS GENERAL MANAGER Diane Mombourquette, General Manager With over 17 years as a Finance professional and 10 years as a key member of a Senior executive team Diane brings to Boutique and Black Rock teams depth of experience in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Communications, Human resources and Business strategy that is hard to beat. Diane’s experience in government (Diane is currently the General Manager of Economic Viability for the Municipality of Whistler), federal organizations (she was a forensic accountant with the RCMP) and Tourism (she was Vice President Finance and Operations for Tourism Whistler overseeing Golf course operations, Conference services, Visitor services and Central Reservations for Whistler) will allow her to impact results in all aspects of our operations. With her Bachelor of Commerce and CA designation, Diane comes to us well equipped to take on the limitless opportunity that we see in Black Rock Oceanfront Resort. Diane will start with us March 10th and work out of Nita Lake until closer to opening. |
