The management team at BHRBC consists of recognized leaders in national and international travel, tourism and hospitality. The team includes: Mike Duggan, President and Founder Mike is one of the industry's most respected professionals. Prior to starting Boutique Hotels & Resorts of British Columbia, Mike was the General Manager of the Pan Pacific Whistler and former Chair of the Board of Directors for Tourism British Columbia. Dave Creasy, Chief Financial Officer A veteran of the ski industry, David spent time as Controller at Whistler Blackcomb and at Sun Peaks Resort. In 1997, David started with Intrawest's Resort Operations Group as Financial Analyst, eventually becoming VP of Finance. When Intrawest created the Leisure Travel Group in 2003, David was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Dale Pruden, Director of Sales & Marketing Dale brings an extensive tourism sales background to the table. She has held sales positions with Globe & Mail and City TV, as well as start-up for Panorama Resort, and VP Sales and Marketing for Whistler Lodging Company.		Sonya Hwang, Director of Public Relations For almost a decade, Sonya was the Director of Public Relations at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Through her own company, Sonya has also worked as a consultant with a wide variety of travel and tourism industry clients throughout Canada including the Canadian Tourism Commission and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Christine McLeod, Director of Culture and People Development Christine dedicates herself to helping organizations deliver business results through a well-defined and meaningful people strategy. Prior to BHRBC, Christine was the Director of Training for 175 Retail and Rental locations in 11 Intrawest resorts. With its portfolio of luxury hotels, lodges and resorts across the province, the company aims to support the growth of tourism in B.C. by offering guests an opportunity to experience some of B.C.'s finest destinations. Targeting the discerning individual looking for a more intimate and personalized travel experience, BHRBC is set to become British Columbia's leader of small luxury properties. BHRBC opened The Cove Lakeside Resort in Westbank in 2006, and will be opening Victoria's Oswego Hotel in May, The Outback in Vernon in June, and Nita Lake Lodge in January, 2008.
